Personal Training (Starting at $100)
Our personal training packages vary in price depending on your goals. We currently offer three types of personal training packages:
1. Real Life Personal Training - The beauty of Live Life Fitness is that no gym is required; we train our clients from the comfort and safety of their own homes. While virtual training sessions are an option, it may not be the right fit for everyone. We believe that all walks of life should have access to a healthier lifestyle, especially during these unprecedented times. Pricing is based on the duration of your training (30 or 50 minutes), the frequency (1-3 sessions a week), and your location. 2. Virtual Personal Training - Are you a Zoom guru? A FaceTime enthusiast? Put those devices to work for you and get fit without ever having to leave your home. With the current state of the world, our virtual personal training option provides peace of mind and the push you need to stay driven! Virtual Personal Training is a more cost effective alternative to in-person personal training, but not by a huge margin. We base our price off of the duration (30 or 50 min) and frequency (1-3 sessions a week) of your training.
3. The FabFifteen- New studies have shown that all it takes is 11 minutes of physical activity a day to improve your health & lengthen your life. When you sign up for our Fab Fifteen program you get a virtual 15 min workout (2 min warm up, 11 min active, 2 min cool down), 5 days a week for $5 a day ($100/month). The short duration and consistency is designed to help program promote healthy habit building skills without being overwhelming. We often recommend this course to people who are new to fitness or are having a difficult time staying disciplined in their own regimen. Perfect for people wanting to explore new exercise styles & techniques, work on their form, or get into the habit of working out regularly.
Enroll in our Fab Fifteen program before June 1, 2022 and you'll also have access to our weekly Small Group Classes for FREE for 1 month.

Small Group Classes (Starting at $100)
Available virtually and in-person, small group classes are a great way to socialize and get fit! Start your own small group with your own social bubble (8 people max) or join a pre-existing class. In-person classes are only available outside (weather permitting, on rainy days classes are on line) and participants must bring their own yoga mats and water. Visit the "About: In-Person Training" tab for more information on COVID Safety Procedures. Prices are based off of duration, frequency, and the number of participants. Discounts are available when you sign up more than 1 member at a time. Inquire below.
Tabata Classes ($225)
Tabata is a style of exercise that uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and 20-10 microbursts, which means you work then rest as if in bursts. This type of training makes it harder for the body to return to a state of rest which causes it to burn more calories and keep burning calories 24 - 48 hours after the workout! This style of training is a unique approach to weight loss and muscle building. Classes are held twice a week for 30-minutes sessions, over an 8 week period (16 sessions). Available virtually and in-person for small group training. Sign up with a friend and save $25 each!
